Can I switch to Disability Matters for plan management?
Yes. If you currently have plan management funded in your NDIS plan, you can change providers at any time. The process is straightforward — contact us and we’ll guide you through it, including liaising with your current provider during the transition.
Can I use any provider I want with plan management?
Yes — that’s one of the biggest advantages of plan management over agency management. You can choose to use both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers. This opens up a much wider range of supports, therapists and services for you to access.
How does plan management differ from support coordination?
Plan management is a financial service — we handle your invoices, payments and budget reporting. Support Coordination is about helping you find and connect with the right services and build your capacity to manage your own plan. Many people use both together, and Disability Matters offers both services — the choice is yours.
How quickly do you pay providers?
We process invoices on a fortnightly payment cycle. Providers submit invoices directly to us, we verify them against your plan, and payment is made promptly. Reliable payments mean your providers stay happy and your supports keep running smoothly.
What if I don't have plan management in my current NDIS plan?
